Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a leadership role within our organization. This position involves overseeing the management of contracts and ensuring efficient use of assets.

  • Primary work hours will be during European time zones, with exceptions for India hours as necessary.
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals.
  • A key responsibility will be understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, and maintaining the highest level of performance within the team.
  • All assets/contracts must be properly managed, tracked, and renewed as needed.
  • The incumbent will oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform.
  • They will identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.
  • Maintenance of effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, is crucial.
  • Compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies is also a requirement.
  • The successful candidate will prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
  • Responsibilities include training and development opportunities for team members.
  • The position requires demonstration of Computacenter winning together values.
  • Responsible for managing resourcing requirements.
  • Cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level is essential.
  • Attending and responding to written/electronic correspondence and liaising closely with onshore functional teams for day-to-day operations is required.
  • Actioning team member feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts within the team is also a key responsibility.
  • Applying matrix organization guidelines is essential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform, with 7-12 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes.
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people for delivering outcomes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
