Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Manager to lead our APAC region. This role will involve drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts with clients and business heads.
">The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
">Your responsibilities will include:
">- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for IT, ITES, and technology services.
- Managing government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and handling contracts with OEMs, service providers, and sub-contractors.
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Safeguarding the company's interests in contractual matters and identifying potential risks and liabilities.
You will be responsible for working closely with our teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and protecting the company's interests.
