Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness by overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes.
  • Lead project management initiatives to guarantee timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners through effective vendor development processes.
  • Conduct detailed rate analysis and negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to ensure financial accuracy across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in contract negotiations, financial management practices, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in project management principles and techniques.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
