Job Summary

Ensure the highest level of quality support for all company endpoints and services. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing end-user device support, including technology selection, configuration, upgrades, and service desk support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for end-point software support including SCCM and Intune, as well as remote support for any computer hardware or software break/fix and request tickets.
  2. Evaluate, prioritize, and address tickets in the End User Technology Support queue while maintaining the appropriate SLAs. Escalate issues to responsible teams when out of scope for client support.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Configure and deliver software and patches to all endpoints using Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager. Image computers for repairs, evergreening, and computer refreshes, as well as new user onboarding.
  5. Set up and support computers with commonly used software products such as Windows 10, Office 365 applications, SolidWorks, VPN client, Adobe suite, and other related engineering software.
  6. Provide support and administration for iPhone mobile devices, telephony, conferencing, and communication technologies.
  7. Support and train users on end-user productivity technologies such as Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  8. Configure and maintain conference room equipment, including TVs, projectors, and AV equipment.
  9. Troubleshoot Windows network accounts, including password resets, account lockout, and enabling/disabling accounts using Azure AD.
  10. Manage IT asset purchasing, tracking, and disposal of PC hardware and peripheral equipment.
  11. Remove computer viruses and malware and administer endpoint security.
  12. Set up and support printers and photocopiers, as well as administer service requests.
  13. Assist with virtual machine setup and support in VMware Horizon Client and VMware Workstation.
  14. Provide basic training on VPN and ATS standard software to new users as needed.
  15. Contribute to the internal knowledge database to enable team members to troubleshoot problems effectively.
Skills and Experience
  1. 2-3+ years of related experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support, End User Services, or System Administration.
  2. Troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and software, including Active Directory, Office applications, and Exchange/E-mail.
  3. Expert knowledge of the latest Windows desktop operating systems.
  4. Expert knowledge of PowerShell scripting, GPO, Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Manager, Intune, or similar technologies.
  5. Knowledge of iOS and iPhone, as well as MDM platforms, is an asset.
  6. Hand-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and administration.
  7. General network communications knowledge with switches, routers, TCP/IP, wireless, DNS/DHCP.
Qualifications:

Education: Any graduate program majoring in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications: CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL would be an asset.
