Endpoint Systems Specialist

As an Endpoint Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing initiatives across the endpoint environment, supporting key technical projects, and implementing new features and enhancements for enterprise endpoint solutions.
About the Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of endpoint projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors and service providers, evaluating new proposals and work orders, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with technical leads across endpoint functions to identify service improvement opportunities, shortlist and prioritize these opportunities based on alignment with organizational goals and OKRs, and report and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in managing and supporting desktop environments, preferably on Azure.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
