Regional Head Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Procurement & Inputs function and drive the implementation of facilities under input and extension activities.

Maintaining milk procurement volumes and growth is crucial to our business success. We are looking for a Regional Head who can spearhead this effort and implement strategies for sustainable growth.

New chilling centers setup and infrastructure management are key areas where our Regional Head will make a significant impact on our operations.

E nsuring that our milk quality meets target averages for fat and SNF percentages is also essential for our business continuity.

We strive for cost efficiency in all our operations, and our Regional Head will be responsible for implementing measures to achieve this goal.

Farmer network development is critical to our success, and our Regional Head will focus on building strong relationships with farmers to drive growth and increase productivity.

In addition to these responsibilities, our Regional Head will ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards, manage their team effectively, and drive performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience and proficiency in English language. A minimum of 5 years of experience at a Manager level is required for this position.
