Job Title: Senior Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real World Data (RWD) team.

  1. This is a senior role where the person will own directly a certain body of work, and provide support to the RWD organization for other parts that will have resources in India but work with non-India based leaders of the RWD team.

The ideal candidate should have:

Responsibilities:
  1. Leads a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team. This requires a solid understanding of the customer problem and RWD assets. This team will be responsible for turning around accurate responses (counts, data profiles) to support our pre-sales/sales teams. The Sr. Director will be responsible for the process, accuracy, turn-around time and team skills.
  2. Provides guidance and oversight for the consulting delivery work. This includes shaping how the work is funnelled to the offshore team and optimizing how the work is delivered. The most critical aspect is to be responsible for quality checking the outputs to align with commitments made to clients.
  3. Building Indication Specific Data Lakes. The RWD team aims to productize our offerings. One key asset to lead up to this is the ability to create indication-specific data lakes that can be used as delivery accelerators. The Senior Director will be responsible for supervising the offshore resources to build, expand, and maintain this data lake that will be mostly powered by unstructured notes.
