Project Opportunity: Leading Multiple Projects to Success

  • We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with exceptional leadership skills to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop, maintain and monitor project reports, plans, schedules and cost details of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify critical issues that may impact project timelines.
  3. Team Leadership: Proactively support and manage project teams to adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals.
  4. Financial Management: Manage billing and payment processes as per terms and conditions to ensure prompt payments from clients.
  5. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through effective handover and allocation of snags/observation points.
  6. Site Visits and Reporting: Conduct regular site visits, prepare photographic reports and submit them to the tender team for review.
  7. Cost Optimization: Monitor and manage project costs, including vendor management and timely client bill raising to maintain cash flow.
  8. Cash Flow and Payments: Prepare cash flow reports for each project and follow up on client payments to prevent delays.
  9. Reporting and Presentations: Present weekly reports to stakeholders and establish professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  10. Subcontractor Allocation: Allocate works to subcontractors and monitor their performance to ensure quality deliverables.
  11. Project Audits: Conduct project audits versus actual reconciliation to identify areas for improvement.
