We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely payment of customer invoices, while also providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Regularly communicate with customers via phone and email to discuss payment arrangements and resolve any disputes.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Utilize your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in our collection processes and implement changes as needed.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
