Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, managing and addressing client needs, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring that customer interactions are of the highest quality. The role also includes managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
- Sales Management and Account Management experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
