We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Job Summary

The Deputy Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer retention, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships and drive customer loyalty
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through cross-selling and upselling
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving queries and complaints promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field
