We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects across diverse teams.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality through rigorous analysis and forward thinking.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional technical teams in strategic partnerships and collaborative endeavors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for growth and development.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, fostering effective communication and mutual understanding.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement cutting-edge technical solutions.
  • Provide input on architecture, design, and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices in software development and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and tools to drive productivity and innovation.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly, minimizing impact on project delivery.

Customer Focus:

  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology delivery roles, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. A background in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies is highly desirable. Certification such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent is an added advantage.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical excellence.

Experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams, along with expertise in iterative development methodologies, is preferred.
