ERP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to join our team. As an ERP consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using Infor XA software.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To have 5+ years of technical experience with good knowledge on Synon code development tool.
  2. Excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands.
  3. In-depth knowledge on RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
  4. Exposure to SFTP Process, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files.
  5. Translate functional specifications to design, develop and document technical solutions to customize same in Infor XA.
  6. Supporting ERP XA 9.2 user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules.
  7. Managing daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and approved requests.
  8. Developing & Testing of customizations and suggest corrections/improvements.
  9. Expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning.
  10. Good hands on knowledge of IDF framework, COM, Inventory management, Purchasing, Production monitoring and control, Master scheduling, MRP, Ecommerce, supply chain and manufacturing execution.
  11. Knowledge of Infor IFM AP/AR/GL is a plus.
  12. Implementation experience will be preferred.
  13. Must be fluent in English.
  14. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing and strong customer interaction skills.
  15. Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  16. Coach and mentor other developer and analysts on best practice and development fundamentals.
