Job Role
As a Technology Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's technology infrastructure. This includes managing daily IT operations, providing user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and overseeing system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Support: Manage the day-to-day operation of IT systems, including user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Email Management: Oversee email setup, system backups, antivirus software, and endpoint security.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related procurements and services.
- Network Management: Set up and manage Wi-Fi, printers, routers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, etc.
- Data Security: Ensure data security and regular backups for all departments.
- Administration: Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative procurement.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry requirements.
- Asset Tracking: Handle asset tracking, issuance, and documentation.
- Travel Coordination: Support travel bookings, event planning, and team offsites as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate in IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT operations and office administration.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, LAN/WAN networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
