
Executive Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional with expertise in driving revenue growth and building impactful client relationships.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management, and closures. You will prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients. Additionally, you will drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead generation, funnel management, and closures
- Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations
- Drive new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of proven experience in corporate sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS. They should possess hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management, and direct sales conversions. Strong networking ability and excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills are essential.
A self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment is required to succeed in this role.
About the Role
This is an individual contributor role where you will take complete ownership of your work. You will be responsible for maintaining and tracking a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in reporting. Collaboration with senior leadership on strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets is also expected.
