We are seeking a skilled photographer to capture the essence of our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their photography skills and experience working in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality images of the resort's landscapes, architecture, interiors, amenities, and guest experiences.
  • Document events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions hosted at the resort.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for photo shoots that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Edit and retouch photographs to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with marketing, events, and hospitality teams to deliver visuals that support promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and manage photography equipment ensuring it is always in optimal condition.
  • Organize and manage a digital library of photographs for easy access and retrieval.
  • Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior photographers or assistants as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography skills including landscape, architecture, interior, and event photography.
  • Exceptional creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays as required.
