Job Description

As a highly skilled Butler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers. Your primary goal is to ensure that every interaction with our VIP guests and villas exceeds their expectations.

You will take orders, process requests accurately, and make suggestions to enhance the guest experience. Your attention to detail, calm demeanor, and warm hospitality will set us apart from other resorts.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be proactive, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience as a Butler or F&B Captain in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Knowledge of Front Desk, F&B, and Housekeeping operations.
  • A graduate degree in Hotel Management.
