Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Lonavala. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role involves accurate payroll processing, handling employee compensation details, and coordinating with the finance department to manage payroll budgets and reports.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills
- Experience in Payroll Management and Finance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
