Job Title: Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive project lead to drive our team's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full project management support, including training on eDiscovery tools, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, handling ad-hoc requests, and generating reports and statistics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering meaningful contributions. They will also be able to collaborate across various projects, teams, offices, and countries, both internally and externally.

The role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey accurate information clearly over calls and emails in a professional manner. The candidate should be confident in independent decision-making, prioritization, knowing when to seek help, and following the escalation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full project management support, including training on eDiscovery tools, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, handling ad-hoc requests, and generating reports and statistics.
  • Collaborate with the data team to monitor data intake, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address and mitigate them.
  • Facilitate document productions, ensure deadlines are met, track progress, and provide regular internal updates.
  • Provide project management support across the APAC/UK/US regions, including tracking P&L, ensuring quality, managing risks, building client relationships, and handling reporting and communication.
