Job Description

Job Title: AGM Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AGM Sales professional to join our team at Newleap Nestor. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and brand enhancement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Provide inputs on sales performance, market competition, and sales projections
  • Review tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Handle daily operations, including internal company CRM tools
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective builders, buyers, and other customers
  • Prepare MIS for review purposes and provide consolidated reports to management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
