Lead Streaming Initiatives

A dynamic team member will be part of a collaborative group that's redefining the art of streaming. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, teams, and platforms to ensure program goals are met on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates.
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, QBR preparation).

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless task execution.

Drive Cross-Team Accountability:

  • Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.

CSP Platform & Partner Engagement:

  • Interface directly with partner centers, ACE, CRM, and other platforms.
  • Manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks such as PoP uploads, CRM updates, marketplace listing changes, PRACR submissions, and event re-enrollments.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Compile monthly reports and performance scorecards.
  • Propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with business development and sales operations to identify growth opportunities (e.g., new listings).
