Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR processes that support business objectives, including timely hiring, succession planning, mentoring & coaching frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Design and manage key support systems, such as training modules, to enhance employee development and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and foster healthy union-management relationships.
  • Drive community development initiatives to build better relationships with local communities and enhance company image.
