Sales Development Representative

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential customers through research and targeting of key industries, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage with potential leads and introduce them to our products and services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of our products and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
