Central India Partnerships Manager

We seek a seasoned partnerships professional to bolster our domestic network across Central India. This role focuses on fostering relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH DOMESTIC PARTNERS INCLUDING STATE TOURISM BOARDS, ATTRACTIONS, AND HOSPITALITY BRANDS.
  • SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR PARTNERS, ENSURING SEAMLESS COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY.
  • CONDUCT PARTNER MEETINGS, PRESENT PROPOSALS, NEGOTIATE TERMS, AND FINALIZE AGREEMENTS ALIGNED WITH OUR STRATEGIC GOALS.
  • LEAD DISCUSSIONS ON CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS WITH TOURISM BOARDS AND STATE BODIES; ENSURE ALL DELIVERABLES ARE ALIGNED AND ACHIEVED.
  • WORK TOWARDS DEFINED SALES AND PARTNERSHIP GOALS WHILE IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR REVENUE GROWTH.
  • REPRESENT US IN PARTNER MEETINGS, TRADE EVENTS, AND ROADSHOWS ACROSS CENTRAL INDIA.
  • MONITOR TOURISM TRENDS, COMPETITOR STRATEGIES, AND PARTNER DEVELOPMENTS TO SUPPORT DECISION-MAKING AND STRATEGY.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS (PRODUCT, SUPPLY, MARKETING) TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT ON PARTNER DELIVERABLES.
About You
  • Requirements:
  • 4–5 YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN PARTNERSHIPS, CLIENT RELATIONS, OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (EXPERIENCE WITH STATE TOURISM BOARDS OR ATTRACTIONS STRONGLY PREFERRED).
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD TRUST-BASED RELATIONSHIPS.
  • STRONG LOGICAL THINKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY.
  • DEMONSTRATED TRACK RECORD OF MEETING SALES/PARTNERSHIP TARGETS.
  • OPEN TO EXTENSIVE TRAVEL ACROSS INDIA AND FLEXIBLE TO WORK REMOTELY WHEN STATIONED AT PARTNER LOCATIONS.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED, ADAPTABLE, AND ABLE TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PARTNERSHIPS SIMULTANEOUSLY.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

  • SECURE PARTNERSHIPS AND PROPOSALS FROM AT LEAST 2–3 KEY STATE TOURISM BOARDS.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
  • Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
  • Deliver a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in Central India.
