To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly skilled and motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Acquisition: You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customer accounts within the specified catchment area.
- Quality Sourcing: You will ensure that sourced customers meet the required quality standards in terms of product mix, segments, and constitution mix.
- Initial Customer Handholding: You will provide initial handholding and M+1 activation services to new customers, ensuring they are familiarized with branch services, processes, and documentation.
- Registration and Activation: You will proactively register and activate acquired customers to direct banking channels.
- Catchment Mapping and Scoping: You will assist the Business Relationship Leader in catchment mapping and scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on opportunities, customer needs, and competition benchmarking.
- Target Achievement: You will meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of customers.
- Selling Norms and Adherence: You will strictly adhere to selling norms defined by the organization and internal and external regulators' guidelines.
- Quality Sourcing: You will ensure quality sourcing in line with the bank's policy.
- Sales Process and KYC: You will adhere to sales process and KYC norms of the bank.
