
Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new business prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
- Acquire customers and take their proposals up to the stage of disbursement
- Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and increase revenue
- Cater to businesses with varying turnover ranges and provide customized working capital facilities
- Manage customer relationships and address service and sales queries to engage and retain customers
- Identify new segments and set up trade verticals for prospective business opportunities
- Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income
Requirements:
A Postgraduate/Graduate degree in any discipline is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
