  • Portfolio Quality Maintenance: Track and control normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting brand identification and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Microfinance Business Understanding: Basic understanding of microfinance business principles and JLG model working is preferred.
  • Sales Flair: Demonstrate a flair for sales and business development.
  • Critical Customer Service Attributes: Possess a deep understanding of critical attributes of customer service.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationships effectively, leveraging business sourcing skills.
