Technical Flutter Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Flutter Developer to join our development team and collaborate in designing, building, and maintaining our Job Portal Mobile Application. This application aims to connect job seekers with employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Job Portal mobile application using Flutter (iOS & Android).
  • Work closely with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL.
  • Implement features such as job search, job listings, profile creation, resume upload, and application tracking.
  • Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Debug, optimize, and deploy applications to the Play Store and App Store.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Flutter & Dart.
  • Knowledge of State Management (Provider, Riverpod, GetX, Bloc).
  • Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs/GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with SQLite/Hive/local storage.
  • Understanding of mobile app architecture & design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
