Senior Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, participating in code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

You will also be tasked with debugging and troubleshooting issues in existing applications to improve performance and usability. Additionally, you will contribute to the architectural design and implementation of scalable applications, mentor junior developers, and assist in their professional development.

Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies is crucial for continuously improving development processes. Documenting technical specifications and maintaining documentation for future reference are also essential responsibilities.

You will develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#.NET, build dynamic frontend components using Angular 8+, design and optimize MS SQL Server databases for performance and scalability, and deploy and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary to deliver high-quality software solutions. Writing clean, maintainable code and following industry best practices are also critical aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal/external customers, facilitating calls with customers to explain/resolve/address issues raised to the technical support team, and performing initial troubleshooting, analysis, testing, and resolving customer concerns.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies, is required. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs, as well as experience with SQL Server and database design, is also necessary.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC), excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are all valuable assets in this position.

The ideal candidate should possess solid commercial experience in enterprise application development, knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals and design patterns, and proficiency in front-end development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
