Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bid Development Manager to lead our proposal development process.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities, ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines.
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal management plans, writing templates, and desktop publishing of the final response.
  • Write, edit, proof, organize, format, and produce proposals to enhance business development and drive sales growth.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop reusable content and maintain a content repository of proposal material to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Leverage content management platforms, project management applications, and AI to streamline content development and task management.
  • Develop and manage timelines to ensure key deal milestones and deadlines are met, driving business outcomes and success.
