About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Help Desk Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch support to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the initial point of contact for all internal IT support issues across the organization. They will provide frontline support to a global user base across multiple time zones and technologies, with an emphasis on macOS, Windows, and SaaS tools.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to liaise effectively with regional stakeholders and internal teams in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users across various platforms and devices.
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems related to Office 365, VPN, RDP, internet/network connectivity, printing, and endpoint configurations.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues that require specialized expertise.
  • Maintain User Access and Security: Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, handoffs, and return logistics while ensuring compliance with company security policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology: A degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support in a similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems, ITSM tools, collaboration tools, user access, and endpoint security.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels is critical for success in this role.
