Technical Support Experts Sought for Full-time Opportunity

Job Title: Tech Support Engineer

Duration: Full-time engagement

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Tech Support Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and video calls
  • Deliver remote support for Windows, Linux, and Android
  • Troubleshoot network and OS-related issues, escalating when necessary
  • Document incidents and resolutions using standard tools/procedures
  • Participate in technical training and maintain knowledge base usage

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS (Linux knowledge is a plus)
  • Good understanding of PC architecture/technology
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • For experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year of international calling / technical troubleshooting experience (hardware & software issues)
