About Us

Autocash AI is a growing fintech startup focused on automating CFO processes for cash flow management using AI. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our tech hiring efforts, helping us bring in experienced software engineers, fresh computer science graduates, and interns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead tech hiring: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top tech talent.
- Develop hiring strategies: Identify and attract skilled software engineers.
- University relations: Build partnerships for hiring fresh graduates and interns.
- HR operations: Support policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Stakeholder communication: Work closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle compensation discussions effectively.

Requirements

- MBA in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in mid-size tech companies, with a strong focus on hiring software engineers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel reports.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring pipelines efficiently.
- Based in Pune or Hyderabad with the flexibility to work remote.
