Senior Manager Training and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of organizational needs and employee development. The successful candidate will design comprehensive training plans that address skill gaps and strategic goals, implement leadership and mentorship programs, develop and manage training content, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
  • Design comprehensive, customized training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals.
  • Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
  • Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
