About the Role
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve program goals.
  • Promote partnerships with NGOs and manage manpower requirements effectively.
  • Mentor trainers to optimize resource utilization and initiate batches smoothly.
  • Monitor trainer activities, student attendance, and dropout rates closely.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies and coordinate placement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide timely support to training teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to counsel students and demonstrate patience and perseverance.
  • Inclined towards working with marginalized communities.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a leadership role in skill development projects, 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, and at least 1 year of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
