As a Director of Process Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end transitions to the GCC from across regions and businesses or handling projects for new process/technology implementation.

Your responsibilities will include creating transition/project plans and maintaining complete documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria. You will provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on the transition/project journey, highlighting risks/issues/challenges timely.

You will follow a well-defined project methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality. As part of this role, you will own, govern, and enhance the project methodology as required.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive transitions, projects, and change across the organization. This includes high-stakes stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout various transition stages.

Additionally, you will act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions. You will lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC.

This role requires strong project and process management skills. You will take accountability for transitions & projects end-to-end and complete them in time and within budget.

We are seeking a candidate with 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management, and change management. Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills. An MBA from a premier business school and domain knowledge in the Insurance space are highly desirable.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of latest project management practices and industry trends is also necessary for this role.
