Project Manager - Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Expert to lead enterprise-grade projects for some of the world's largest organizations. This is a client-facing leadership role that goes beyond execution—requiring you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.

This is a dynamic opportunity to work on high-impact transformation projects with global enterprises and big tech leaders. As a Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.

You will build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust and delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.

A proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules is essential for this role. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, along with hands-on delivery expertise, are also required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).

You will need to be proficient with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc., and have a strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management is also beneficial.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading SI.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, along with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
