Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our organization in a key role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce planning and forecasting for future talent acquisition and compensation costs to ensure a systematic and transparent link between employee headcount, movement, and related expenses.
  • Provide strategic insights and analytical support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics, and responsible for successful delivery as per agreed key performance indicators.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools (R, Python recommended) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people data as needed, and communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • We need someone with hands-on experience of using human resource databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.).
  • Experience in an analytics environment (including business intelligence and reporting), preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans & HR reports (e.g. HR scorecard, HR functional dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and interpret HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends.
