We are seeking a visionary Senior Analytics Leader to spearhead our data science initiatives. As a seasoned expert, you will drive strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that deliver real-time insights and inform business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data architectures, design predictive models, and deploy AI-powered applications.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive data science roadmap, guiding the team's efforts towards executing it successfully.
  • Lead end-to-end client AI & analytics programs, combining hands-on contribution, technical team management, and client interaction.
  • Discover innovative solutions in large datasets and drive business results through data-based insights.
  • Contribute to internal product development initiatives related to data science.
  • Deliver complex projects, including effort/time estimation, and manage project plans.

Requirements:

  • B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA from a top-tier Institute in a quantitative subject.
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Experience in scientific programming in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong grasp of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical concepts.
  • Expertise in client engagement, understanding complex problem statements, and offering solutions in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CPG, Marketing domains.
