- Talent Acquisition Specialist (70%)
- Design a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, incorporating a 3-day induction plan with buddy assignments and regular monitoring.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records with the finance team to ensure statutory compliance.
- Develop and roll out incentive letters, confirmation notes, and warnings in line with sales policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles, targeting at least 10+ positions per month while minimizing attrition.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools and Excel for generating hiring dashboards and reports.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience within the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to close 10+ frontline sales roles monthly with minimal early-stage attrition (20%).
- Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools, Excel, and labor laws for Maharashtra & Karnataka.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Postgraduate Diploma or MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting campus drives and managing mass walk-ins.
- Exposure to sales-commission structures and variable-payroll systems.
