">The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our agency partners. This includes developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents, and creating an agent pipeline. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting activities to enhance existing agent footfall, generating fresh referrals for new agent hiring, and implementing the MLI GOLD process.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline.
">• Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
">• Implement the MLI GOLD process and adhere to business norms.
">• Follow agent 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms.
