
Business Development Manager

As a seasoned business professional, you will be responsible for fostering effective relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Spearheading consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and CEOs to drive business growth.
Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
You will also be responsible for:
- Prospecting and selling to Banks and distributors in the region.
- Managing and developing RMs/Sales people in banks who handle mutual funds.
- Driving sales targets and analyzing market patterns.
- Conducting industry analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Developing agents and distribution networks.
- Selecting and motivating agents/distributors.
- Ensuring seamless relationship management.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior-level executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective relationship management with corporate/Banks/distributors and agents in the region.
- Driving business growth through consultative engagement with key stakeholders.
- Market analysis and trend identification.
