Strategic Client Partner

This role is for one of our key clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Align client goals with our solutions to ensure their success.
- Travel to client locations as part of relationship building.
- Analyze client usage and recommend strategies to enhance value and drive product adoption.
- Identify new use cases to help clients maximize their return on investment.
- Act as a trusted advisor addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features and services.
- Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning relevant features and offerings with customer objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to support contract renewals and expansion initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to customers using data.
- Monitor and report key metrics including product adoption, engagement, and churn risk to make data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver training and resources to ensure clients fully understand and utilize the product.
- Create customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate value realization.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of any technical or business issues.
- Maintain ownership of escalated issues until successfully resolved.
- Provide feedback to product teams for improvements and new feature development based on client input.
Requirements
- Strong first principles thinker.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
- 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within the supply chain SaaS or tech industries.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, especially in the logistics/supply chain sector.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
