Job Description:

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the content lifecycle of documents, presentations, and other assigned projects. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, multi-tasking capabilities, and effective comprehension of requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily project coordination, administrative support, and production reporting
  • Manage multiple mailboxes, process and format documents to prescribed standards, and work closely with project managers and team leads to ensure all production deadlines are met
  • Serve as liaison for Support team and IT, providing transparency on process and workflow challenges
  • Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change, manage different mailboxes, projects, and action respond to requests within TAT
  • Apply and follow best practices for all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and support change management initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of administration experience or equivalent experience in a desktop publishing environment
  • Well-versed with the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong collaboration, communication skills, verbal and written abilities, and attention to detail
