Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to assist in overseeing multiple IT implementation projects. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, preparing project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with experience in SDLC methodologies, requirements gathering, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing and overseeing multiple IT implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders including clients, project personnel, vendors, and end-users to gather and define project requirements; outline, initiate, and monitor project execution.
  3. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective and efficient communication across production, managerial, and executive teams.
  4. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuous basis; maintain system processes and deliver monthly status reports to stakeholders.

  9. Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
  10. Use Case Specifications

  12. Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) to support requirement analysis, design, and review processes.

  13. Perform Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system quality and alignment with user expectations.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change requests (CRs), evaluate impact, propose solutions, and update project documentation including Project Charter and pricing plan post-approval.
  15. Conduct daily system analytics to optimize efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and support integration with business processes.
  16. Develop strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders to support effective system integration, addressing queries and providing research-backed recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project management frameworks (Agile & Waterfall), and requirements management.
  • Proficiency in preparing business and technical documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases).
  • Experience in conducting UAT and functional testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).

Preferred

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience in working with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
  • Knowledge of system integration and IT transformation projects.
