Based in Navi Mumbai, we are committed to excellence in design, execution, and ongoing operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Navi Mumbai for an Operations Project Manager. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the company.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Budget and Cost Management

- Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.

Permitting and Compliance

- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained from local, state, and federal authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate environmental impact assessments and other required studies.

Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication abilities
- 8+ years of experience in Solar, Groundmount, or EPC projects
- BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil
