Real Estate Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management of real estate project operations, documentation, and internal coordination. This role requires a skilled executive with expertise in business administration, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of real estate industry processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups, maintaining open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, providing insights into project performance and progress.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor selection, procurement processes, and contract handling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans, budget forecasts, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry processes is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing documentation, vendor relationships, and administrative functions.
