Project Manager - Facilities Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our facilities operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of our sites in the Western region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, budget management, and overseeing various facility management services. They will also be responsible for the administration of employee well-being services, equipment maintenance, procurement, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration and Budget Management
  • Monitoring of Facility Management Services
  • Administration of Employee Well-Being Services
  • Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Procurement and Management of Assets and Supplies
  • Vendor Management and Business Travel Coordination
  • Off-Site and Event Management
  • MIS Database Management
  • Implementation of EHS Guidelines
  • Labour Law Enforcement

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree or above
  • Experience in managing multiple sites and remote governance
  • Financial acumen for site budget management
  • Crisis management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Planning and implementation abilities
