Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and track progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for projects.
