Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales objectives, including customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, productivity goals, and performance indicators within agreed timelines, providing support to key accounts, market access, and referral networks.
  • Achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and best-in-class relationships, completing reports accurately and timely, handling enquiries and complaints professionally, and adhering to company procedures.
  • Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives, providing input into effective promotional fund utilization and territory sales forecasting.
  • Follow adverse events guidelines and Code of Conduct Guidelines, demonstrating behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practices.
  • Manage sales planning, target setting, reporting, and knowledge of the team/account and self. Report technical complaints/adverse events/special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours. Distribute marketing samples (where applicable).
  • Meet sales revenue and market share targets versus plan. Responsible for allocated budget to cover customer activities. Maintain Key Accounts -Sales Planning and Reporting

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Healthcare/Pharma or related industries. Established network targeting customer groups desirable.
  • Territory knowledge is essential.
  • Science educational background required, B.Sc/B.Pharma.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desirable requirements: Cardiovascular experience.
